Main product features:

  • The TCE series lathe is designed for machining workpieces in the field of turning according to the characteristics of the machine tool and especially suitable for machining large-sized shafts.
  • Together with special equipment, the machine can be supplied as a lathe machining center with turning, drilling, milling capabilities and equipped with, among other things. with automatic tool head, tool and workpiece measuring system, controllable C axis, workpiece supports.
  • The construction of the lathe is based on a rigid bed with hardened guides.
  • 4-bearing bed, headstock body - cast in cast iron with improved strength properties.
  • The longitudinal slide slides on two guides for precise guidance and a third support.
  • Bed and support guides hardened to a hardness of min. 45 HRC and ground.
  • The possibility of using a wide range of optional equipment, increasing the capabilities and efficiency of the machine tool.
  • Sliding operator cab with control panel.
